We’re Hiring:

Front Desk Receptionist / Transportation Coordinator Ambassador Adult Medical Daycare | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you the type of person who can juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and still greet everyone with a smile? We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented multitasker to join our team as a Receptionist and Transportation Coordinator. You’ll be the first face our clients see and a vital link between our front office and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Greet clients and visitors and manage daily check-in/check-out procedures Coordinate daily transportation schedules and communicate with drivers Maintain accurate records for attendance, transportation logs, and daily activities Handle administrative tasks, filing, and assist with day-to-day operations Respond to last-minute changes with calm and quick thinking

What We’re Looking For:

EXCEPTIONAL

multitasker — must be able to handle a fast-paced environment Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Strong communication skills (Spanish-speaking preferred) Team player with a can-do attitude Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling tools Previous front desk or healthcare experience a plus (but not required)

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, Monday to Friday 8-hour shift (No weekends!) Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Education & Requirements:
