In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and supporting our sales and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and showroom area.
• Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and managing mail.
• Provide basic information about our products and services.
• Support sales staff with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or office setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Language:

  English and Spanish

• Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
