What You’ll Do:

Greet guests and create a warm, polished first impression Answer phones, manage appointments, and coordinate stylist schedules Support stylists by communicating client needs and timing adjustments Offer refreshments to guests and maintain a clean, professional front desk Process payments and assist with retail purchases and product recommendations Handle client concerns with confidence, empathy, and professionalism Support light inventory management and backbar tracking Represent the brand with pride—hair and makeup should reflect our salon standard
