Receptionist/Office Assistant Vital Brain & Spine 953 US Highway 202 N, Branchburg, NJ 08876 We are a niche private practice looking for a team member who is looking for a position they can feel passionate about, who loves helping people. No clinical experience required! If you have a high attention to detail, are interested in health and wellness, and are a great team player, we are looking for you! You will work as a part time member in our NUCCA chiropractic office as we grow and meet the needs of our community. As an Administrative Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator, you will be supporting the doctors as they strive daily to empower our patients to transform from chronic pain to higher levels of joy and function. We are an upscale specialized NUCCA office serving families in New Jersey and beyond. Currently Vital Brain & Spine, but rebranding to “Whitestone Health” in the next few months based off of scripture from Revelation 2:17 – which fits the heart of what our practice truly is: a place where patients experience true hope & healing. We have several patients who drive hours for care at our office to get to the root cause of their pain and dysfunction. You will play a vital role in facilitating their in-office experience, including patient flow, phone calls, scheduling, and payment processing. Your part time shifts will include morning and afternoon/early evening hours. Medical experience is not necessary; we will provide full training for the position. Primary Job Responsibilities -Patient Care Coordinator Prepare the office for patients by keeping all rooms clean, organized, and stocked. This includes but is not limited to the duties on the daily checklist. Presenting new patient paperwork, outcome questionnaires, etc. to patients Controlling patient flow to ensure patients are ready to be seen in appropriate rooms Perform new patient and existing patient vitals (no experience required) Prepare x-ray room for doctors as needed Collecting patient reviews and video testimonials Assist in roles requested by Clinic Director – Front Desk/Admin Assistant Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, billing, and other needs Greet patients entering office Tidy and maintain reception area Monitor and maintain office equipment Provide general administrative and clerical support to doctors Job Requirements High school diploma Intermediate knowledge of Google Docs & Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Extroverted & Professional Personality Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize among multiple responsibilities Customer service focused Strong understanding of others’ emotional needs Please submit cover letter along with resume when applying.
