Front Desk Coordinator DeFabio Spine & Sports Rehab 308 Springfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922 Job Overview Our office is looking for a dynamic health and wellness-oriented person interested in assisting patients and staff with comprehensive healthcare front desk and administrative procedures. This is a management track position. We are looking for someone who is: Seeking long term employment Outgoing, friendly and a good listener Has strong communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic) Open to learning new things Hard working, on-time and goal oriented Interested in natural health and wellness Able to multitask and anticipate the needs of other staff and patients Able to remain calm in stressful situations Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls and text messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and accounts receivable logs Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, with attention to detail and proofreading Collaborate with team members to enhance the patient experience Hours and expectations: Hours vary – we end by the patient, not the clock. They do not include weekends and approximate 35/wk.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday:

9:15am-1:30pm, 2:15pm-7:30pm

Thursday, Saturday, Sunday:
