Veterinary Receptionist Chenango Animal Hospital 92 Chenango Bridge Road, Binghamton, NY 13901 We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Animal Hospital experience is preferred, but we can provide training to the right applicant. Punctuality is a must and flexibility is also valued. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Manage appointment and surgical scheduling using our practice management software Answer phone calls and e-mails with professionalism Complete financial transactions including cash and credit card processing and drawer reconciliation Maintain a clean and organized reception area Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions Collaborate with veterinarians to provide exceptional patient care and ensure seamless communication between clients and veterinary professionals.
