Evening Receptionist Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab 1 Terrace Heights, New Berlin, NY 13411 Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our resident and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing the front office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 4pm-8pm during the week and every other weekend 9am-5pm. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls and correspondence effectively. Maintain office organization and manage clerical duties as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or customer support role is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
