This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked. Collaborate with other team members to support daily operations. Have a positive attitude Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred but not needed. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft, Roofing CRM Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
