As an adoption counselor you’d be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including communications with adopters, boarding/grooming/daycare clients, veterinary clinic clients, managing patient records, and basic office duties. We operate a very busy office, making the ability to multitask a must. A qualified candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good organization skills. Open availability (7 a.m. – 8 p.m.), with weekends required. Shifts are normally 4-8 hours in duration. Lifting up to 50 lbs. with frequent bending and effectively moving animals up to 150 lbs. in a fast-paced environment is required. •Office and computer experience preferred (MS Office required)
