$16.00-$17.00 per hour Join Our Growing Team as a Front Desk Receptionist! Orchard Park Pediatrics and Young Adult Medicine is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dedicated team. We’re a patient-centered practice passionate about providing exceptional healthcare in a supportive setting for our patients and their families. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Warmly greeting patients and their families. Efficiently managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Verifying insurance details and processing co-pays. Smoothly assisting with patient check-in and check-out. Collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent. College experience and/or MEDENT experience is a significant plus! Excellent communication and top-notch customer service skills. The ability to thrive and contribute positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. While experience is valued, we are prepared to train a motivated individual who demonstrates these skills!
