Office Assistant/Receptionist Confidential 1131 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209 Exciting multi tasking position for an energetic, dependable person. Knowledge of and ability to use multi media outlets a plus. Working in the real estate field as a office assistant and receptionist, placing ads for units, answer phones, greet customers, file leases, clerical duties, schedule appointments for leasing, maintenance and routine work orders. Team player looking to be part of an active real estate management and development company. Must have a neat and professional appearance. Summary As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your core skills in clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities to manage front desk responsibilities and assist with administrative duties. Your premium skills in Microsoft Office and data entry, will enhance our team’s efficiency.
