Essential Functions:

Understand and follow receptionist processes/procedures. Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail. Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business. Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates. Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance. Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate. Ensure that the reception and surrounding areas are neat, clean, and coffee and cookies are full throughout the day Help prepare customer welcome “gift” bags for RV deliveries (may have to go up/down stairs to retrieve items for gift bags) Update telephone directory. Attend department meetings Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED 1 to 3 months of related experience in a direct customer service, reception or similar type role Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered Excellent Communication Skills Computer Aptitude Ability to work the following shift: Rotating Saturdays – 7:30am – 5:30pm
