Front Desk Associate Part-Time & Full-Time | Long Beach, NY (operating hours 6am – 10pm 7 days/week) SOL House of Healing Arts is a one-of-a-kind wellness space in Long Beach, NY — home to holistic health services, enrichment classes, a juice bar, and a vibrant mocktail lounge. Our mission is grounded in kindness, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to care for others. As we prepare to open our doors by the end of summer, we’re looking for warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Associates to help us welcome the community with heart and professionalism. About the

Role:

This is a guest-facing position where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You’ll help create a smooth, supportive experience from check-in to check-out across our wellness services, classes, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in for services, classes, and events Schedule appointments for health services using our booking platform Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries Help maintain clean, stocked, and inviting front-of-house spaces Provide basic information about offerings and promote upcoming events Support instructors, practitioners, and the juice bar team as needed Use tools such as MindBody, Square, and POS systems (training provided)

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent people skills Organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment Prior experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality, or spa settings Comfortable using scheduling software (MindBody knowledge is a plus!) Open to occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed Nice to

Interest in holistic health, movement, or wellness culture Familiarity with juice bars or natural products Team-oriented with a can-do spirit
