Core Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare is a plus. Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with a bubbly, professional tone that lights up the room. Proven ability to multitask in a high-action environment while staying organized and detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and basic office equipment. Experience with insurance verification, billing, and collecting co-pays is preferred. A proactive mindset with the intelligence to assess situations, solve problems, and ask for support when necessary.

What Success Looks Like:

Patient visits steadily increasing through excellent scheduling and follow-up. Phones and emails answered promptly to keep clients happy and engaged. All cancelled appointments rescheduled efficiently to maintain clinic flow. KPIs met consistently, reflecting your impact on client satisfaction and clinic growth.
