Schedule:

Monday:

8:30 AM•3:00

PM Tuesday:

9:30 AM•6:30

PM Wednesday:

8:30 AM•6:30 PM Rotating weekends may be required at our Forest Hills office .

Your Responsibilities:

Answer and manage phone calls professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify and process dental insurance claims Assist patients with inquiries and treatment coordination Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently

Who We’re Looking For:

Spanish-speaking is required Must have reliable transportation to Forest Hills Excellent communication and a warm, professional demeanor Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Strong multitasking and administrative skills Team player with a positive attitude Dental office experience is a plus , but strong customer service skills and willingness to learn are equally valued!
