Job Function:

Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally and manage front desk operations. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars. Provide general administrative support including scanning, mailing, and filing. Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed. Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently. Assist with preparing client materials and supporting internal events and meetings.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a corporate office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and a solid understanding of basic Excel functions. Background in a professional services industry such as accounting, legal, engineering, consulting, financial services, or real estate.
