Great opportunity to join us at our new location in Manhattan. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented receptionist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will be fluent speaking with excellent communication skills. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, so a professional appearance and welcoming demeanor are essential.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high levels of client traffic. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including scheduling and payment processing. Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
