Canandaigua, NY Starting at $18/hour | 30-40 hours/week | Commission Opportunities Opening Mid to Late July About Us The Daily Dose is a vibrant community contrast experience—combining group sauna and cold plunge—designed to help people reset, recharge, and reconnect. Located inside Synergy Social Wellness in Canandaigua, NY, we provide a curated space where wellness meets community. We’re scheduled to open mid to late July and are building a team of high-energy, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to help bring this space to life. As a Receptionist/ Vibe Tender , you’ll be the face of The Daily Dose—welcoming guests, maintaining the space, and making sure the energy is flowing and the environment is cared for. What You’ll Do Greet and check in members and guests with warmth and professionalism Guide first-time visitors through our space and contrast therapy protocol Maintain cleanliness and readiness of sauna and cold plunge rooms Clean sauna every 30-40 minutes and tidy the plunge area between uses Launder and refold towels throughout the day Clean restrooms and showers 2-3x daily Keep the reception and retail area tidy and organized Handle retail transactions and assist with product recommendations Direct visitors to events, practitioners, or other services within Synergy Open and close the space according to protocol Handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately Keep the vibe high and the environment grounded, energized, and welcoming Opportunity to earn commission on new memberships What We’re Looking For Friendly, grounded, and service-oriented demeanor Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, community-driven space Ability to learn our POS system and maintain its accuracy and organization Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining wellness facilities Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week Perks Starting pay: $18/hour 24-35 hours/week Commission opportunities on memberships Access to community wellness events and free membership!
