We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist Assistant to support our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous manner Manage visitor logs and sign-in procedures Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Provide general information to visitors and callers as needed Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is a plus Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is desirable Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Working Conditions:
