In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our dealership’s operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel Maintain an organized reception area Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs as needed Requirements Proven experience as a cashier or receptionist in a retail or automotive environment is preferred.
