We are looking for an upbeat and talented person to handle reception services along with our social media accounts, manage sales, and daily operations. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills to be abble to interact with clients. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. We are looking for someone to work one shift for the time being, with a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed! Responsibilities Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Check clients in and out of their appointments Sell services to clients Scheduling Responding to phone calls and text messages in a friendly professional manner Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Take before and after, and other content of clients to post Oraganize and refill inventory Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Be familiar with handling cash and giving/receiving cash Use the Boulevard system to create and cancel appointments as well as make a costumers account Skills Proven work with Social media Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Knowledge of online marketing channels Excellent communication skills Upbeat personality
