Bengali Speaking Queens, NY Schedule:

M-F, 8am to 5pm Temp FlexStaff is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet visitors, verify clearance, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs. Direct participant issues/complaints to appropriate departments. Ensure employee badge compliance. Answer and route calls, respond to inquiries, and send phone messages. Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages. Page staff and make emergency announcements. Conduct security tours and monitor cameras. Maintain order and safety during emergencies. Manage parking (where applicable). Cover lunch breaks and provide backup support for the Transportation Coordinator. Support other regional sites as needed. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED. Receptionist/security experience preferred. Bilingual Bengali/English Typing skills (40-45 WPM, 90%+ accuracy).
