- 161521 FlexStaff is seeking a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.

Jamaica Queens, NY (Orientation completed in the Bronx)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Greet visitors, verify clearance, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs. + Direct participant issues/complaints to appropriate departments. + Ensure employee badge compliance. + Answer and route calls, respond to inquiries, and send phone messages. + Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages. + Page staff and make emergency announcements. + Conduct security tours and monitor cameras. + Maintain order and safety during emergencies. + Manage parking (where applicable). + Cover lunch breaks and provide backup support for the Transportation Coordinator. + Support other regional sites as needed. + Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High school diploma or GED. + Receptionist/security experience preferred. + Bilingual Bengali/English + Typing skills (40-45 WPM, 90%+ accuracy).
