Communicate with customers regarding repair status and any additional work needed. Answer Phones / Schedule Appointments Photo Inspections Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency with office tools such as Google Workspace for documentation and scheduling. Experience with phone systems for effective customer communication. Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced customer support. Excellent calendar management skills for scheduling appointments and coordinating repairs. Front desk experience is beneficial for managing customer interactions.
