Veterinary Receptionist Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Veterinary Receptionist 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars East Setauket, NY Setauket Animal Hospital is a 5 doctor general practice that is in search of a compassionate, dedicated team player looking to start at our hospital at a full time receptionist.

Typical job duties consist of:

Phone calls; scheduling appointments, patient call backs Client interactions Checking in/checking out for appointments Educating clients on oral preventatives such as flea, tick, and heartworm prevention Educating clients on vaccinations that our hospital provides On site training will be offered at the start of employment. Our facility is open Monday through Friday 8A-6P, and Saturday’s 8A-4P. Saturday shifts will be mandatory for acceptance of the position. We are open to having someone that has not worked in the field start at our hospital. Our facility believes in the utmost quality of life for all staff members to ensure we have a balanced work vs. life atmosphere.
