The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Take accurate phone messages Make outbound calls as needed Perform clerical duties such as filing, filling in logs, collect and distribute mail Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks. Communicate effectively. Monitor residents in work area. Support the team with time management by prioritizing tasks efficiently. Qualifications Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in clerical duties and office management practices. Flexible to tasks Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

HOURS :
