This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time:

40 hours per week

Pay:

$25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and speak with customers about catering orders
• Enter catering orders using Microsoft Access
• Respond to emails and manage customer communication via Outlook
• Enter and update basic information in Excel spreadsheets
• Work closely with the kitchen and deli counter teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a friendly and calm attitude, even during busy or stressful moments

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and clear communication
• Must speak English; Spanish is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Responsible, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks without constant supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and remember product/menu details
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive, upbeat demeanor – we’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure and brings good energy to the team
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
