• Greet and welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain organized patient records
• Verify insurance information and process patient billing Qualifications
• Experience using EagleSoft is a plus
• MUST have knowledge in dealing with PPO plans
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Compensation is based on level of experience
