Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Tasca Automotive Group. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, providing excellent customer service. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment scheduling for service and sales departments efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked and available. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Support the sales team with product demos and information as needed. Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
