Current Opening:

We are hiring for the following shifts:

Mondays:

8:30 AM – 2:30

PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Flexibility to fill in additional shifts is a bonus!

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests to build rapport and create a welcoming environment Accurately schedule and confirm appointments Check guests in and out and assist with rebooking Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Provide knowledgeable answers about our services Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment Promote current services, retail products, and special offers Sell gift cards and memberships with confidence Support service providers with clear, respectful communication Represent The Salt Lounge with positivity and professionalism

Ideal Candidates Will:

Be at ease and skilled working with different types of software Feel comfortable making small talk and connecting with a wide range of people Be able to commit detailed service and scheduling information to memory Have an understanding of various massage modalities and the benefits of salt therapy Be proactive, organized, and great at multi-tasking Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Work well independently while also being a team player

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older Previous customer service, retail, or spa experience preferred Proficient with computers and scheduling systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to stand, bend, and lift during shift hours How to
