Front Desk Associate Ironhouse Gym 1040 Harwood Road, Hazle Township, PA 18202 About us Ironhouse Gym is a small business in Hazle Township, PA with additional locations throughout Schuylkill County. We take pride in our facilites and strive for a clean and friendly environment. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team in Hazle Township. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing keeping a clean and healthy environment, exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting members and signing up new members. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail and work unsupervised. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly and professional demeanor, be self-motivated, reliable and enjoy cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members in a friendly manner. Handle daily cleaning tasks. Answer inquiries from members regarding membership services and other information. Respond to member requests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized gym at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
