What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first smile (and often, the calming energy) clients and their cats experience. It’s not just answering phones — it’s shaping how people feel when they walk in the door.
Your role includes:
Greeting clients and feline patients with warmth and empathy Checking patients in/out, handling invoices and payments Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and routing messages Managing email, snail mail, and patient records Helping clients with prescription pickups and product questions Keeping our lobby cozy, clean, and calm (cats appreciate a good vibe) Rolling with the day — from helping a nervous new client to backing up your teammates when it gets busy Lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet when needed (carriers and cat trees are no joke!) Great Fit If You:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent Love people and cats — in equal measure Are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive on good communication Know that teamwork makes the day go smoother — and don’t mind pitching in Appreciate a little chaos, a lot of compassion, and a strong community vibe Bonus points if you’ve worked in a vet clinic, but we’re happy to train the right cat-loving human!
