What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you will:
Manage Appointments & Scheduling:
Set up and manage Zoom appointments for virtual consultations. Notify providers of any changes in the schedule Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Medication Management:
Call in new prescriptions and refills as appropriate. Coordinate medication samples for patients. Assist with prior authorizations for specific providers.
Administrative Support:
Handle routine communications via email and phone. File and scan paperwork in patient charts as necessary. Document phone calls and other interactions in patient records.
EHR System Management:

We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced:
Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or medical office setting.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with computer systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
EHR Knowledgeable:
Experience with EHR systems is a must; familiarity with AdvancedMD is a plus.
Communicative:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Adaptable:
