If you have a knack for customer service and/or work experience in the gym industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable workout for our members. Responsibilities Greet all current and prospective members professionally Make sure all members check-in upon entry Manage incoming phone calls from current or prospective members asking questions about the gym Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register prospective members and guests by collecting necessary information (like contact details and payment information if necessary) and making sure they complete any required liability waivers Provide information about our gym, fitness classes, rates and amenities to current and prospective members Respond to members complaints in a timely and professional manner Ensure the gym floor, restrooms and other areas of the gym are clean, tidy and fully maintained Sell gym memberships and and upsell gym amenities when appropriate Skills Customer Service experience Work experience in fitness environment is a plus Experience with gym software, like

ABC, ASF

ClassPass, Mindbody is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Sales experience is a plus
