Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the front desk.
Requirements:
Previous experience working at a spa, salon, or medspa is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable using spa scheduling software, experience with Boulevard is a plus Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
