AM and PM availability Position Summary This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of a Front Desk Associate and a Corporate Coordinator. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests while at the front desk. You will be responsible for upholding a high level of hospitality and accuracy during the guests check in and check out process. As a Corporate Coordinator you’d be the primary point of contact for in-house groups, acting as a liaison between the group’s planners and the Corporate Service Manager. As a corporate coordinator you would be responsible for ensuring that the groups event is executed to Woodloch’s standards and to the planner’s satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome and check-in/out guests Handle payments, post charges, verify identification Coordinate with other departments for guest needs Answer phone calls and route them appropriately Maintain lobby appearance and coffee station Manage incoming/outgoing mail Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate billing Deliver friendly, solution-focused guest service Corporate Coordination Responsibilities Serve as an onsite contact for planners while groups are in house Assist with event coordination Review agendas for accuracy and possible conflicts Manage & Set-up of AV equipment Coordinate meetings/breaks and handle sensitive information with confidentiality Communicate with Corporate Services Manager regularly regarding groups on property and changes being made Serve as a liaison between departments and corporate operations Prepare and maintain post stay follow-up and report Qualifications No prior experience required—training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry Positive attitude, team player, and guest-focused mindset Able to multitask and work independently in both fast-paced and unpredictable environments. Work PM, AM, Weekend, and Holiday shift Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and use hands regularly Must be able to sit, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds
