State Route 30, Irwin, PA 15642 #1 Cochran is looking for a full time receptionist at our North Huntington Collision center! This full-time position is available to an individual who would enjoy supporting departmental organization at a busy Automotive Collision Center. Our high-energy Collision Center includes Estimators, Technicians, Technician Assistants, Cashiers all assisting customers and vendors with repair of damaged vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Schedule customer appointments for drop offs and estimates Post payments to customer accounts Assist in collecting payments for customer accounts Coordinate customer pickups with rental companies Answering and directing customer and vendor inquiries (face to face or via phone) General filing/admin support to Department Manager and Estimators Good verbal and written communications skills Positive energy, voice tone and attitude towards customers and team members
