Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents. Work with purchasing department on inventory and ordering of office supplies and marketing materials. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Assist in the planning and preparation of monthly employee luncheon/meeting. Requirements Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications, Excel knowledge is a must and Canva experience preferred.
