The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
