Weight Loss Coach Charleston Weight Loss Summerville, SC 29483 Experience a plus, but not required, we will train you! Position includes hourly pay AND performance bonuses . We’re looking for compassionate, outgoing, fun people with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and coach people on their health and weight loss journey. Who would be a good candidate: Customer Service Reps, Health Coaches, Medical Assistants, Administrative Assistants, etc… You must be jovial and like to interact one-on-one with people.
Responsibilities:
Coach and educate clients Weigh, measure, and record progress in computer Provide encouragement, support, and motivation Conduct point-of-sale transactions Stock shelves and manage inventory Perform various other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be jovial Teachable
- An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients Excellent time management and organization skills Must be computer literate with quick and accurate typing skills Light lifting, bending, climbing is required to stock shelves Must be dependable and punctual
