The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records. Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide timely assistance. Proofread documents and communications to ensure clarity and accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by maintaining an orderly workspace and managing time effectively. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Familiarize yourself with Google Suite applications to enhance productivity and communication. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a focus on administrative tasks. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with various software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills that enable you to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service standards. Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk position is a plus but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when working independently. A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse individuals.
