  • Greeting Clients:
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable and assist with any initial inquiries. 2.
  • Answering Phones:
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate staff member or take detailed messages. 3.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and attorneys.
  • Maintain an organized calendar for conference rooms and other shared spaces. 4.
  • Client Intake:
  • Assist with the client intake process, including collecting and verifying necessary information.
  • Prepare and distribute intake forms and other necessary documentation. 5.
  • Document Management:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical documents in an organized manner. 6.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed. 7.
