- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and assist with any initial inquiries. 2.

- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff member or take detailed messages. 3.

Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and attorneys.
- Maintain an organized calendar for conference rooms and other shared spaces. 4.

Client Intake:
- Assist with the client intake process, including collecting and verifying necessary information.
- Prepare and distribute intake forms and other necessary documentation. 5.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
