Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and manage appointments, phone calls, and check-ins.
• Promote and upsell spa services, earning $10
• $25 incentives on packages.
• Maintain a polished appearance and provide efficient support to the team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (spa preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience in upselling is a plus.

Compensation:

• Training Pay:

  $10 per hour. The faster you complete training and demonstrate proficiency, the sooner you transition to your higher hourly rate.

• $15+ per hour, negotiable based on experience, skills, performance, and value as an asset.
• $10•$25 incentives on package sales•Potential for commission on retail sales.
