Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in John’s Island, South Carolina. This contract to permanent position involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls across multiple phone lines, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Greet and assist property owners, visitors, and vendors, creating a welcoming and organized environment.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide detailed information to callers and visitors regarding company policies, procedures, and services.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address customer inquiries.
- Handle both in-office and occasional outdoor tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete administrative tasks effectively. Requirements
- Associate’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in customer service and clerical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle high call volumes and face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
