Job Description
Description We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring exceptional service and efficient communication. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate party.
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and detail-oriented demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and relay them to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide phone coverage during business hours, ensuring no calls are missed.
- Maintain a pleasant and detail-oriented tone when interacting with clients and team members.
- Deliver superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Ensure seamless communication by coordinating with internal departments as required. Requirements
- Previous experience managing a multi-line phone system in a detail-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- A pleasant demeanor with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office technology and phone operations.
