Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on John’s Island, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and scheduling tasks.
- Handle inquiries by providing information or directing individuals to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Comprehend and apply company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform occasional outdoor tasks as needed, requiring the ability to adapt to varied responsibilities. Requirements
