Job Summary InMotion Wellness Studio is looking for an outgoing, organized front desk team member to help schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions and inquiring about the services we offer. Schedule 1/2 Day Friday (morning or afternoon flexible) Saturday and Sunday flexible hours Responsibilities Schedule appointments over the telephone. On average, there will be ~50 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our studio. Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome. Administer studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion. Greet and welcome members and schedule their next appointment. Qualifications Professional and friendly phone etiquette. Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching. Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.
