Job Description
Olsten Staffing is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join a well-established client in Hartsville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- + Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner + Answer phone calls and schedule appointments + Verify insurance information and collect co-payments + Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork + Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality + Process optical sales transactions and assist patients with frame selection + Keep the reception area clean and organized + Perform other administrative tasks as needed •
Requirements:
- + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in basic computer skills + Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Pay Rate $10

Pay Details:
- $10.
