Front Desk Receptionist Powdersville Eye Care 212 Wall St, Piedmont, SC 29673 Powdersville Eye Care is a new private practice in Powdersville, SC with an emphasis on creating a culture where patients and team members feel they are part of more than just another eye care office. Technology, education, and efficiency will be key elements of the practice environment. We are looking for a friendly, energetic medical receptionist to perform high-end customer service, insurance verification & billing, and mild data entry. Computer skills are a must. For full-time employees, compensation includes an hourly wage, health care stipend, and various bonuses. We are looking for applicants who desire long-term employment only. References and experience are required.

Candidate requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Great interpersonal and customer service skills The passion to assist in other tasks that aid in office efficiency and growth of the practice

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones to schedule patients and answer general questions Verify insurances and interpret benefits from a large variety of medical and vision plans Have the willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt in a variety of situations Must have the desire and investment in the practice to help with promotion and growth
